• Standard Items: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to get your order ready to ship. We put a lot of love and care into each order to ensure it's perfect for you. Some items are produced with more customization and can take up to 10 days to manufacture. If that is anticipated for a product we will include that in the product description. We want to be as transparent as possible. 
• Personalized Items: These take a bit more time to create. Give us 7-10 business days to craft your personalized masterpiece.

Shipping Time

• Domestic: Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on the carrier and the shipping option you chose.
• International: International shipping can take anywhere from 7-21 business days, sometimes a bit longer due to customs processing.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. Some products we might use other carriers to get the job done. We have the right to use any carrier that we choose in order to provide the fastest and most reliable service possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
